Scholarship Application

Career Chapter's scholarships are available to students attending Washburn University and Washburn Institute of Technology, and may be applied to tuition, fees, and books purchased on campus. Scholarships may be awarded in amounts up to $500 per semester for Washburn University students, and $350 per semester for Washburn Institute of Technology students."

Please note that many items may be filled in electronically prior to printing, but there are some areas that must be checked or circled after printing the hard copy. The hard copy must be completely filled out and signed. Please ensure you have all items on the form completed and all attachments included prior to submission.
